Will you get ripped off if you trade your gold, silver or platinum to a money for gold company

Considering the present state of the North American economy and the continuous increasing upward rise in gold prices , it is no wonder people are taking out their used gold and platinum jewelry and are trading them to cash 4 gold dealers in an effort to acquire some additional cash to reduce their extra bills to to make future bill payments.

Maybe you are in the same situation you will need to carefully do your investigative work before unloading your gold or silver to just any gold buyers in that there is a large amount of unscrupulous gold buyers in the jewelry buying industry who won’t hesitate to take advantage of your financial situation and reward very little for your precious jewelry.

Even though this behavior is not illegal, it is however, very wrong and I feel it necessary to make it known to those of you who may be considering exchanging your used unwanted jewelry to be sure to stay away from gold buyers that are acting as gold brokers and to do business only with precious metal refineries or cash for gold companies that institute their own personal precious metal refineries

You see, cash4gold businesses are being middle men between you and a gold refinery and as a result they will reward you in the area of 30 percent of the true value for your gold and quickly sell it back to a gold refiner themselves therefore keeping the largest share and in turn you receive a couple lousy dollars.

Not so long ago, Fox news implemented a sort of undercover sting, where they mailed in three exact items of gold jewelry to three different cash for gold dealers and waited for their check and while all three companies did in fact forward a payment for the old gold, only one of those cash for gold companies actually submitted the true value while the other two companies payed out one third of today’s current value.

The two companies that gave so little were acting as middle men while the 3rd gold buyer that payed the real value did own their own in-house refinery, so it is seller beware in this business and I strongly recommend that you do your part before unloading your unwanted gold or silver jewelry so that you can not get sucked into the cash 4 gold scam
